HOW DO I USE COUPONS & DISCOUNT CODES?

To use a Discount Code, enter the code into the "Discount Code" field at Checkout. Discount codes can be found at the bottom of coupons.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Local delivery orders placed by 10 a.m. MT will usually be delivered the same day based on delivery zone, and most customers receive their orders within 1-2 days.

Pickup orders will usually be ready within 1 hour if received by 5 p.m. MT on weekdays and 3 p.m. MT on weekends. After the cutoff time, orders will be ready by 9 a.m. the next day (12 p.m. on Sunday). Changes in store hours due to pandemic may alter this schedule.

CAN I ORDER FROZEN PRODUCT ONLINE?

Yes, we deliver frozen products! When preparing the deliveries, we keep all frozen food on ice until the delivery is made. Once we make the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is kept at a proper temperature. We offer insulated bags for purchase with frozen foods that can keep frozen food cold for a few hours if you will not be home for delivery. We can also put the product in any cooler you provide at the delivery location. We do not accept returns on delivered frozen products.

CAN I SET UP A RECURRING ORDER AND AUTOSHIP?

GENERAL IN-STORE

CAN I BRING MY DOG INTO YOUR STORES?

Of course you can! We love meeting the furry faces behind the owners. There have even been cats, exotic birds, and chickens visiting our stores! We just kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and under your control.

WHAT IF I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT I BOUGHT IN THE PAST?

This is not a problem! Simply give us your first and last name and we can find your full sales history for any purchases made under your customer account name.

DO YOU OFFER GROOMING?

We do not offer grooming in-house, but we do have self-service Dog Wash stations at five locations! Save yourself the mess of a bath at home and utilize our professional, fully stocked tubs and dryers! See our Dog Wash page for details on pricing and which locations have dog wash stations.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

Your closest Poudre Pet & Feed Supply store will gladly accept the return of most items within 45 days of purchase. Simply bring in your purchase to the nearest Poudre Pet & Feed Supply, which you can find through our Store Locator. Visit our Returns page for more information.

CAN I RETURN AN OPEN CONTAINER OF FOOD?

We 100% guarantee all food purchases. Just bring back the unused dry food or empty, rinsed wet food container (or only the label is fine as well). We will happily exchange the product for something that will work better or refund your purchase. Visit our Returns page for more information.

ARE TOYS GUARANTEED?

Good dogs chew on their toys; bad dogs chew on your shoes. We DO NOT accept returns on toys for dogs or cats. Please make sure to consult a staff member when buying toys for your pet, as not all toys are appropriate for pets who chew or play aggressively. Visit our Returns page for more information.

DO I NEED MY ORIGINAL RECEIPT?

It is great if you have your receipt, but as long as the purchase was made under your customer account, we can look it up for you. If you do not have a receipt or customer account, refunds will be issued only onto a gift card with valid ID. Visit our Returns page for more information.

IN-STORE PICK UP

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

In-stock items can be picked up the same day, if the online or phone order is placed before 5 p.m. MT. If the order was placed online, you will receive an email when it is ready to pick up, usually within 1 hour.

Items on backorder are usually ready within 1 week.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Any order not picked up within 5 days will be canceled and we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, but may take up to an additional 5 days to appear on your statement.

WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Go to any of the registers at the store location you have designated for pickup and let a clerk know you are there for an online pickup. Make sure to bring an ID with you.

DO YOU SELL MORE THAN JUST CAT & DOG PRODUCTS?

We certainly do! "A feed for every need" is our motto. We try to keep as much variety in stock as we are able to. Bird, horse, small mammal, fowl, reptile, and more.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO FEED MY PET?

Please feel free to ask our helpful, knowledgeable staff any pet-related questions you might have. We strive to educate ourselves on the most current information and can always make accurate recommendations based on your pets' history.

DO YOU SELL PETS?

No, we do not sell pets. But we do partner with local animal shelters such as Animal Friends Alliance, Larimer Humane Society, and Humane Society of Weld County to foster adoptable cats and small mammals. Come adopt a pet in need at any of our 6 locations. See Our Stores for details on which organization or species is hosted at each store.
